We want membership billing to be straightforward. This policy applies to directory memberships purchased from FindADoula.org.
Checkout shows the price in US dollars, billing interval, what the membership includes and whether it renews automatically. By completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charge shown until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required.
You can cancel online from your account using the Cancel Membership option. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee. You may also request help at [email protected].
Payments already made are normally non-refundable, including unused portions of a billing period, because profile and directory access is made available immediately. We will provide a refund where required by applicable law or where we made a duplicate or demonstrably incorrect charge. If a technical fault materially prevents use of a paid feature and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time, contact us and we will consider an appropriate refund or credit.
No refund is due where a profile is suspended or removed for misleading information, unsafe conduct or a breach of the Terms. Ending a profile does not automatically cancel a separate subscription unless the cancellation flow confirms that future billing has stopped.
We may change future membership prices. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice where practical, and the new price will apply no earlier than a future renewal.
